A pleasant place to go to, however you would not wish to die there
Revolution Software has launched a brand new trailer (via IGN) for its third-person RPG Beyond a Steel Sky, the sequel to 1994 cyberpunk DOS journey Beneath a Steel Sky. Having confronted a number of delays since its preliminary reveal, the long-awaited sequel is predicted to launch on PC and Apple Arcade quickly.
The new trailer sees downtrodden hero Robert Foster return to the intimidating partitions of Union City, on a mission to rescue an kidnapped youngster taken from his humble village out within the bitter wastelands. The new trailer is surprisingly cheerful, reflecting the developments made within the metallic dystopia since Foster’s final go to. But all of the fireworks and neon colors on the planet can’t disguise the sinister forces pulling the Mega-City’s strings.
Developed by a crew together with unique Beneath a Steel Sky designer Charles Cecil and Watchmen artist Dave Gibbons, Beyond a Steel Sky hopes to seize the grim politics, sharp tongue, and darkish humour of the unique point-and-click journey whereas affording it a contemporary look, new mechanics, and a contemporary management system. I’ve obtained my eye on this one, I feel it might be a strong little journey.
Beyond a Steel Sky is at the moment in growth for PC and Apple Arcade. A console launch can be deliberate.
