Nintendo president has apologised for Joy-Con issues – My Nintendo News

Nintendo president Shuntaro Furukawa who spoke on the latest Nintendo monetary Q&A has for the primary time apologised for the problems some Switch customers are going through with their malfunctioning Joy-Con controllers. Joy-Con drifting has been a difficulty for fairly a while and class-action lawsuits have began. Here’s what was mentioned by Mr. Furukawa on the Q&A session:

“Regarding the Joy-Con, we apologize for any trouble caused to our customers,” mentioned Nintendo president Shuntaro Furukawa. “We are continuing to aim to improve our products, but as the Joy-Con is the subject of a class-action lawsuit in the United States and this is still a pending issue, we would it like to refrain from responding about any specific actions.”
