Final Fantasy XIV Endwalker Music Video Pays Homage to Expansions


Square Enix launched the full music video for “Endwalker – Footfalls” simply forward of the discharge of the Final Fantasy XIV Endwalker vinyl album. The music video options Masayoshi Soken, and his group The Primals, performing the tune. The video is roughly three minutes lengthy. Additionally, it has a number of visible nods to earlier Final Fantasy XIV expansions. This contains Heavensward, Stormblood, and Shadowbringers.

While the music video options scenes paying homage to these expansions, there is no such thing as a CGI trailer footage within the video. Instead, the music video options scenes of The Primals performing the tune interspersed with scenes of a girl strolling. At the tip of the music video, a scene mirroring the start of the Final Fantasy XIV Endwalker announcement trailer seems.

The vinyl album is straight away out there to pre-order via the Square Enix Online Store. It will launch on November 17, 2021. Additionally, Square Enix shared the lyrics for “Endwalker – Footfalls” via a developer diary. This included a remark from Lead Story Designer Natsuko Ishikawa, who helped conceptualize the lyrics for the theme of Final Fantasy XIV Endwalker.

Final Fantasy XIV is obtainable for the PS4, PS5, and PC. Final Fantasy XIV Endwalker will launch on December 7, 2021. Early entry begins on December 3, 2021.
