The Tokyo District Public Prosecutors Office has stated this night that famed video game creator, Yuji Naka, has been formally charged alongside Square Enix worker, Taisuke Sasaki. Both have been arrested final month after Naka bought ¥144.7 million yen of Square Enix inventory as he realized that the corporate have been planning  the Final Fantasy spin-off, Final Fantasy VII: The First Soldier, earlier than it was formally unveiled by the corporate, realizing that the inventory would surge. Sasaki additionally bought ¥105 million yen price of inventory forward of the announcement by Square Enix. They have each been formally charged with insider trading by the Tokyo District Public Prosecutors Office.
