During the May 2023 PlayStation Showcase, Helldivers 2, a sequel to the unique co-op shooter was introduced. The sequel will go for a brand new third-person over the shoulder perspective, forsaking the top-down perspective used within the first entry. The trailer confirmed the brand new fight model, alongside a number of the new weapons accessible.
In this sequel to the unique tongue in cheek shoot ‘em up, the participant will likely be becoming a member of a squad of elite navy forces to stave off the invading alien forces which are threatening to beat Super-Earth.
The first Helldivers game was initially launched for the PS4 and PS Vita in 2015.
Helldivers 2 is at present being developed by Arrowhead Game Studios for the PS5 and PC. The game is scheduled for a 2023 launch date.
